Woods, the 14-time substantial champ who had back surgical treatment in April, was found asleep at the wheel of his Mercedes around 2 a.m. on May 29 and imprisoned on a DUI charge. In the unredacted part of the assessment report, officer Christopher Fandry described questioning Woods at the scene. Among the medications kept in mind on the affidavit was Vicodin, an opioid pain medication.
